Dues Information

Members joining after September 1, 2009, are required to submit $100.00 per month payable by the 12th of each month.  These are various ways to pay your monthly dues:

  • Check or Money Order - Please be sure to include your full name and member number.
  • ACH Deduction - By completing the Download this pdf file. Automatic Withdrawal Authorization form , the member authorized the Fund to deduct the monthly dues amount from their specified account on the 12th of each month.
  • County Payment Option - Some counties allow payroll deduction - OR - offer payment of dues as a benefit. You will need to be in touch with your payroll department to determine if these options are available to you. You may utilize the Download this pdf file. Payroll Deduction Form for submission to your payroll department. Do not send this for to the Fund Office as we do not have access to make changes to your paycheck.

Refund Request

At the request of the member, a member may withdraw from the Fund and receive a full refund of the dues paid into the Fund. (O.C.G.A. 47-14-76). To do so, you may submit the Download this pdf file. Refund Request form .
